First Snow

When I woke up yesterday I jumped in the shower with my eyes half open. When I got out I had to smile. How had I not seen the SNOW!!! We had just a little dusting and the snow of course all melted but it was just beautiful. It's amazing how everything looks so fresh and clean with a beautiful blanket of snow.

The kiddos have been fascinated with snow. We've seen pictures of it on TV as they show the local ski resorts. We've seen pictures in books. But I doubt they really remember seeing it since the last time would have been last April when we were in South Dakota. Gabe especially has been excited about the snow and now keeps asking "No Go?" Just to confuse me the kids can't say the letter S so Snow comes out Go.
